T cell is a type of lymphocyte matured in the Thymus
Yg mana, if this Lymphocyte does not matured
it will cant differentiate self and non-self
and this cause it to attack any particular antigen belongs to the body.

So, this disease rise when
T cell infiltrate the Central Nervous system and
causing a destruction to the myelin sheath of the neuron.
And myelin sheath ni
is important in neuron structures.
